Design of a multi‐mode digital pixel with conversion data protection

چکیده
With the development of semiconductor technology, digital pixel has received widespread attention and is applied to various electronic products. However, due limitation area, it forms a challenging task design with multiple modes. In this paper, pulse width modulation based proposed, which compatible five different By using multi-purpose capacitors static random access memory structure, can realise multi-mode conversion in an equivalent area that single mode without performance degradation. Furthermore, corresponding logic control method developed, such integrity frame data ensured during conversion. The simulation result our proposed Tower Jazz 0.18 μm process shows bright field achieves dynamic range 67 dB. dark field, gain up 13.91 μV/e−, input noise 37.89 e−per after correlated double sampling.
